Burnt out, worn out, stressed, or exhausted all the time? Know you need to make a change but not sure where to start?
Momentum is a 12-week group coaching program for folks ready to create sustainable habits to take better care of themselves.
Creating new habits is next-to-impossible without support. With Momentum Group Coaching, you will:
Set realistic and achievable goals
Quiet your inner critic for less shame and guilt
Create structure so you use less willpower by making the healthier choice for you, easier.
Get clarity on what you need to focus on to care for yourself
Ditch perfectionism and strive for progress.
Get accountability with a judgment-free community
Focus on what matters to you
instead of what you should be doing
Rest and Recovery
Let your body and mind recover so you can show up to the things you love with energy.
Habits can include nighttime and sleep routines, or tech-free time.
Nutrition
Create eating habits that leave you feeling satisfied, not hungry.
Areas of focus can include meal prep, trying new recipes, minimizing stress eating, or mindless eating.
Physical Activity
Move your body because it feels good for your mind and spirit, not to punish yourself.
Create routines that include daily walks, stretching, or creating and sticking to an exercise routine.
Mindfulness
Create habits around journaling, meditation, or gratitude for more balance so that you can better manage your stress, emotions, and focus.
Work boundaries
Learn how to leave work at work so you can enjoy your free time.
Work-related goals can be creating concrete beginning and end to your workday, clear priority lists, or limiting compulsive checking of Slack or email to allow.

Meet Kate
As a medical provider, Kate Ayoub PT, DPT, MPH saw that many patients knew the “right” things to do health-wise but lacked the strategies to implement them. She is passionate about helping clients make small changes to their routines to better their emotional and physical health. Kate provides a nonjudgemental space to learn and grow.
Kate graduated from New York Medical College with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Masters in Public Health. She is a Wellcoaches® Certified Health and Wellness Coach. In addition to coaching, Kate is an adjunct faculty member at Marymount University and an active member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
Group Coaching Calls
There are six bi-weekly coaching calls over the 12-week program.
During the sessions, we will use writing prompts and group discussions to create and reflect on goals, discuss challenges, and answer questions.
The next series starts Tuesday, February 22nd 2022. Each session will be 6-7:15 pm EST:

April 5th
April 19th
May 3rd
What if I can’t make the calls?
While live calls help with accountability, let’s be real, life sometimes gets in the way.
Each session includes journal prompts, lessons and group discussion. Due to confidentiality, discussion portions will not be recorded. You will have access to recordings of lessons and journal prompt portions for two weeks after each class.
You’ll also be able to ask questions ahead of time if you can’t attend the calls.
