During this session, we will explore the science of habits, goal setting, and behavior change. You will walk away knowing how to break unhealthy habits and stick to new ones.

Stress Survival Skills

Stress has been coming at us from all sides; it can be hard to find time to relax and disengage. If you are overwhelmed, stressed, or burnt out, this session is for you. We will deep dive into evidence-based and practical stress management and self-care strategies. You'll leave with tips you can immediately implement. You will be better able to recognize your stress warning signs, identify personalized stress-relieving techniques and learn how to implement them in your daily life.

Unplug to Recharge: Build Better Sleep Habits

We all know that poor sleep can affect our physical health, mental health, and job performance, but it's hard to stick with a good sleep routine. During this session, we will explore the most common causes for poor sleep and evidence-based strategies to help you wake up feeling refreshed. You will leave the workshop with simple and practice steps to improve your sleep that night.
